We store conversations we have with you, conversations could include your views on where you career is and where you wish to take it. This could extend to your remuneration and what current interview processes you are currently engaged in.

Why do we have this information?

Colvin Financial Search is a dedicated financial headhunting firm and for us to be able to highlight the most appropriate opportunities to you on a consistent basis we need this level of information.

Who has access to your information and why and for how long?

Colvin Financial Search will only ever pass your information on to a client, if we have agreed this with you beforehand. The only information that will be passed is a CV with full work history including a transaction deal sheet if appropriate. Moreover, your visa requirements, current pay and bonus and reference letters where prudent will also be sent but again this will be done with your prior consent.

Only Colvin Financial Search employees will have access to this information. As a legal requirement you have the right to request all the information we hold on you, as well as the right to request that all of this information is deleted at any point.

Colvin Financial Search aims to hold your information for no longer than 5 years, but this could depend on how our working relationship develops and how active you are in the job market.
